Our Mission & Approach
At this time we are looking to establish contacts with ALL hourly COP employees across both fields and Willow. If you are a ConocoPhillips direct hire hourly employee you can join our effort. If you know of groups that haven't been reached out to yet we urge you to point them toward UnionOnTheNorthSlope.org. Send us an email, read our blog, get educated about how you can confidentially engage in the process, learn about the union process and the laws that are in place to protect us.
