They Will Take What They Want

First they came for your pension, then your company stock purchase plan,  then they came for your co-pay healthcare plan, then they stole half your short-term disability pay.  


Then they reduced your guaranteed 401(k) match from 9% to 6%,  then they eliminated the increasing cash balance retirement plan.  


Then they killed your blended pay, then your sick time.’


Now they stole your premiums and half your call-out time.  DO YOU REALLY THINK THIS IS THE END?    The only light at the end of their tunnel is a train that will run you down.  Collective bargaining is the ONLY THING that will stop the disgusting elimination of our benefits.
